Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days of an order being placed and once funds are reflected in account. There are a number of delivery options to choose from which can be seen when checking out. If you are unsure of which option is best for you please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note during our busier periods, dispatch times may increase.
Although we endeavour to dispatch orders next working day it can take upto 2 working days for orders to be dispatched. during our busier periods it may take additional time for orders to be dispatched. (Monday - Friday). Please note that this does not include Bank Holidays.

RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately due to the edible nature of our products, any sprinkles, gel colours, glitters and any other additives and edibles will not be accepted for return unless there is a fault with the product.
Any non-edible item such as cutters, nozzles and piping bags etc. will be suitable for a refund within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please contact us for a return label. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns so return costs will need to be paid for by the customer unless the product is faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We stand behind our products and are strong believers in customer satisfaction and service, so with all domestic web or telesales returns we allow 14 days period where you can return unwanted goods back to us in their original condition.
We also accept returns for faulty goods 14 days from the date of receipt too. See specific product exclusions and disclaimers below.
